Email us and a human will read it. Please include the email address you signed up with, and your device and app version if you are reporting a problem.
We reply within 3 business days. We are a small team in Korea, so replies are in English or Korean.

Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, then Privacy in the app. Tap Delete my data and confirm. Your account closes immediately; eligible data is processed for deletion after 72 hours. This cannot be undone. See the account deletion page above for steps and retention exceptions.
Is the coach a real person?
No. Gri is generative AI, not a human, and the app says so on screen. Griing is for ages 18 and up.
Do I need to pay?
No. Griing is free to use right now and there is no purchase inside the app.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.
