Email us and a human will read it. Please include the email address you signed up with, and your device and app version if you are reporting a problem.
We reply within 3 business days. We are a small team in Korea, so replies are in English or Korean.

Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app and tap Delete my data in the Privacy card at the bottom, then confirm. Your account closes right away and the stored data is erased 72 hours later. It cannot be undone. The full process is on the account deletion page linked above.
Is the coach a real person?
No. Gri is generative AI, not a human, and the app says so on screen. Griing is for ages 18 and up.
Do I need to pay?
No. Griing is free to use right now and there is no purchase inside the app.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.
